Mario Monti dopo un lungo colloquio col presidente della Repubblica Giorgio Napolitano, annuncia al Quirinale la lista dei Ministri per il nuovo governo Monti. Dell'elenco di 12 ministri, non fa parte alcun esponente politico.

SVILUPPO ECONOMICO, INFRASTRUTTURE E TRASPORTI: Corrado Passera
56 anni, laureato alla Bocconi come il Presidente del Consiglio Mario Monti, master in Business Administration negli Stati Uniti. E' stato in posizioni dirigenziali presso Cir, Mondadori e Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso. Nel 1996 viene nominato amministratore delegato e direttore generale del Banco Ambrosiano Veneto, successivamente nominato amministratore delegato di Poste Italiane. Dall'anno 2002 svolge la stessa funzione dirigenziale per Banca Intesa e Intesa Sanpaolo.

INTERIM ECONOMIA: Mario Monti
Sarà lo stesso Mario Monti a coprire il ruolo di Ministro ad Interim per l' economia.

DIFESA: Giampaolo Di Paola
L'ammiraglio Di Paolo è impegnato a Kabul in questo momento. Presiede il Comitato Militare NATO. In passato (2004-2008) è stato Capo di stato maggiore della difesa, ruolo attualmente svolto dal generale Vincenzo Camporini.

INTERNI: Anna Maria Cancellieri
Cadde l'attenzione su di lei per aver gestito il caso della morte dell'agente Filippo Raciti (durante una partita del Catania). Fu infatti prefetto di Genova e Catania

GIUSTIZIA: Paola Severino
Trattasi di un avvocato penalista di spicco, vicerettore all' Università Luiss di Roma. Ha svolto il ruolo di vicepresidente del Consiglio della Magistratura militare.Nel 2002 fu Presidente in pectore del CSM, incarico al quale rinunciò a causa del disaccordo dell' UDC sulla sua nomina.

ESTERI: Giulio Terzi di Sant'Agata

Si tratta di un esperto di diritto internazionale, ha 65 anni ed è attualmente ambasciatore a Washington. Ha ricoperto moltissimi ruoli a livello internazionale: Primo Segretario per gli affari politici all'Ambasciata italiana a Parigi, Consigliere Economico e Commerciale in Canada, console generale a Vancouver, consigliere politico presso la Rappresentanza d'Italia alla Nato, vicesegretario generale della Farnesina, direttore generale per la Cooperazione politica multilaterale e diritti umani. In passato collaborava col ministro degli Esteri, per quel che concerne la sicurezza nei Paesi Balcanici, in Afganistan, in Africa Orientale. Fu anche ambasciatore in Isreaele e rappresentante all' ONU.

LAVORO E POLITICHE SOCIALI: Elsa Fornero
Vista la grande attenzione per il lavoro a cui Mario Monti sarà obbligato, è stata scelta una persona come Elsa Fornero: docente all' Università di Torino e dirigente del CERP (Center for research on pensions and welfare policies). Si tratta comunque di un altro Ministro con legami col mondo bancario, in quanto è vicepresidente del Consiglio di sorveglianza di Intesa Sanpaolo. Svolgeva già un ruolo all' interno del nucleo di valutazione della spesa presso il ministero del Lavoro.

ISTRUZIONE, UNIVERSITA' E RICERCA: Francesco Profumo
Iniziò la carriera all' Ansaldo di Genova, divenne in seguito preside della facoltà di Ingegneria del Politecnico di Torino. Francesco Profumo ha 58 anni ed è presidente del Consiglio nazionale delle ricerche.

BENI CULTURALI: Lorenzo Ornaghi
Laureato in Scienze politiche presso l'Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore ha svolto attività di ricerca nella stessa università dall' 80 all' 87. E' Rettore della Cattolica di Milano dal 2002

Si trova a dirigere il dipartimento delle Politiche agricole e internazionali del Mipaaf. Tra il 1997 e il 1999 ha presieduto la Commissione ministeriale per la riforma sanitaria. Da maggio 2006 è consigliere giuridico del Ministro delle politiche per la famiglia. Dal 2007 presiede l'Agenzia nazionale per i servizi sanitari regionali.

Friendfeed was taken over on august 2009 by Facebook for 47.5 Million dollars and since then it became like a nice desert.
Right now Friendfeed is reporting a 500 internal service error.

I hope that it will be just a temporary DOWN for friendfeed cause it will not be easy for his loyal member to forget this big problem and the tempation to be only on twitter and the new google Buzz is... tempting .

Earthquake Gatemala of 6.0 richter after Haiti

Some hours ago, exactly in the morning of 18 january 2010 another big earthquake struck in Guatemala. We are still shocked for the terrible quake of Haiti and we are still here reporting you another shocking event like this.

This earthquake struck on the Pacific Coast, in the region of El Salvador, 60 miles (97 kilometers) southwest of Guatemala City, but has been strong in the capital too.

No serious damages or injuries have been reported. The main problem has been the panic, after the terrible Haiti events. Anyway let's consider that the difference of the Richter scale has not been so much. 7.3 in Haiti quake and 6.0 in the earthquake of Guatemala.
